Tonia Papke, MBA, has 30 years of international and domestic experience in financial management, strategic and business planning, and outsourced CFO services.  Since 1985, she has been President of MDI Consulting which was formed to assist international nonprofit organizations in adapting business management skills and processes.   From 1995-2000, she was Chief Financial Officer of the Interchurch Center.  She is a frequent speaker on financial management and strategic planning at conferences and workshops.   She was an adjunct professor at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and the New School for Public Research.  Tonia serves on the Leadership Council of the Support Center for Nonprofit Management.  tpapke@commonbondonline.net

Barbara Heisler, M.Ed, is widely recognized as a consultant, public speaker, and trainer on community integration strategies, affirmative marketing, group process, nonprofit management, strategic planning, and organizational development. Drawing on her practical experience and history of success, she has worked with numerous non-profits engaged in social change. Focusing on strategic planning, board development, grant proposal development, volunteer management and executive coaching, she has worked with dozens of nonprofits and educational institutions to build their capacity, effectiveness and impact. She also brings experience working on government issues at the national, state and municipal level.   Barbara currently serves on several boards and advisory committees. bheisler@commonbondonline.net



 

Audrey Winkler, MS, has directed many aspects of business operations including mediating and negotiating business relationships, specializing in non profit start up operations, leadership training and organizational management for over 25 years. As principal of her consulting firm OMG! since 2002, her client list includes the Family Support Organization of Essex County and Jersey City Child Development Centers.  She serves as an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University's Center for Public Service courses in Operations and Leadership Management for nonprofit organizations. Audrey teaches classes at the Non Profit Sector Resource Institute, which provides professional development and technical assistance for non profit management professionals.  awinkler@commonbondonline.net

Robert O. Zdenek, DPA, has worked with over 30 national, regional and local clients including serving as Senior Consultant for two years to the U.S. Department of HHS/Office of Community Services.  Bob has served in many professional leadership capacities including: President of New Jersey Community Capital, Interim Executive Director of the National Housing Institute in Montclair, New Jersey, and President of the National Congress for Community Economic Development.  He was Vice President of Community Building for United Way of America and President of United Way of Somerset County and has developed curriculum, provided training, and managed learning networks for local United Ways.  Bob is an adjunct professor at the New School University. robert.zdenek@commonbondonline.net
